The coming of the Aquarian Dragon

I was born under the sign of Aquarius, the water-bearer, at the tail-end of the year of the Fire Dragon. Thirty-five years later, the turning of the Chinese lunar calendar will fall on the eve of my date of birth, the same eve before the rising of the year of the Water Dragon...

How's that for serendipity! The next chances for a similar event will be in the year of the Wood Dragon (2024), the first year of the Fire Dragon in the 21st century (2036), the year of the Earth Dragon (2048), the second year of the Metal Dragon in the 21st century (2060), and a lifetime later, in the next year of the Water Dragon in 2072, in which case I'll be more concerned with mortality than serendipity hahaha.

2011 was a great year. Let's hope that 2012 will be one as well.
